All orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Orders may take slightly longer during:

  • Public holidays
  • Store sale periods
  • Unforeseen operational delays

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.


2. Shipping Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Within Maharashtra: 1–4 business days
  • Rest of India: 3–7 business days
  • Remote / Special Service Areas: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier serviceability and location.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment.

We may offer:

  • Free shipping on selected orders/products
  • Standard shipping
  • Express shipping (if available)

Shipping charges may vary based on:

  • Order value

  • Delivery location
  • Courier availability

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you may receive:

Tracking updates may take some time to reflect after dispatch.


5. Delivery Delays

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Incorrect address details
  • Unreachable customer contact

Ashoka Digital is not responsible for delays caused after the parcel has been handed over to the courier partner.


6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an order is delayed, returned, or undelivered due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Wrong pin code
  • Unavailable recipient
  • Refusal to accept delivery

then:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply
  • Refunds (if applicable) may exclude shipping charges

7. Delivery Confirmation

Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier partner, it will be considered successfully fulfilled.

If you believe your order was marked delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist in checking with the courier.


8. Damaged or Open Parcel

If your parcel appears:

  • Damaged
  • Opened
  • Tampered with

please:

  1. Record an unboxing video
  2. Take clear photos immediately
  3. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Claims made without proof may not be eligible for resolution.


9. Multiple Shipments

In some cases, if your order contains multiple products, items may be shipped separately depending on stock availability or logistics handling.

You will be informed wherever applicable.


10. Service Availability

Shipping is subject to courier serviceability in your area.

Ashoka Digital reserves the right to cancel or delay orders if delivery is not feasible to the selected location. In such cases, any eligible refund will be processed accordingly.
